Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior to the event will be subject to a 25% administration charge. Thereafter, we regret no refunds can be made. Substitutions can be made in writing at any time at no extra charge.
Keynote World Media Ltd reserves the right to cancel or without liability change dates/venue upon written notice to delegates and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses. Keynote reserves the right to make change to the content, timings and speakers of the programmes.
